Are you an experienced Receptionist with strong leadership skills? Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral is looking for you! We are currently recruiting for Lead Receptionist.
Position Summary
The Lead Receptionist provides the first impression of the therapuetic journey for our patients and f acilitates the flow of hospital's communication. As the lead you will provide exemplary customer service in a friendly environment for customers and staff via telephone and face-to-face.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operates as the lead for hospital team of receptionists
• Organizes and assigns receptionists duties and tasks
• Communicate department information and updates to receptionist in a timely manner
• Maintain schedule and consistent coverage for the front desk

Schedule
Monday through Friday; evenings and weekends (as needed)

Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED required
Experience: Previous customer service and leadership experience required. A minimum of one-year experience with multi-line phone system in a medical office or behavioral health setting and/or leadership responsibilities preferred.
Licensure/Competency: BLS is required; CPI is preferred
